Our newsletter, Veritas, gives complete updates on housing and the economy, along with governmental actions that impact your business.  It also provides notice on upcoming activities and projects.  Barry Simon, the Editor and Association Consultant, provides the quality journalism that no other Association-type newsletter in the State of Michigan offers.

Legislative Representation
By being a member of the local, state and national associations, you are being represented on critical industry issues and notified of upcoming issues that can affect your business.  You always have an open line with BAMF as to questions and/or problems that should be addressed on any governmental level.

Our Agents can give you a free quote on workers comp (MCIM), health insurance (Blue Cross), and property/casualty coverage (Frankenmuth).

Various discounts are available for Association members from Dell Computers, to the Speedway Discount Fueling program, Hertz Rental and other NAHB and MAHB endorsed programs. 

Promotional Events
The Builders Association of Metro Flint has always been known for the "Parade of Homes" and "Housing Quarterly" magazine.  When the economy warrants, we will continue on with the tradition of holding both the Spring and Fall Parades.  Until then, we are in the planning stages for a new and exciting "pro-housing" community promotion.  Details with be forthcoming.

Builders Real Estate Services LLC (BRES)
Our own real estate company was formed in 2006 to give members the opportunity to list their houses/or property on the MLS at a nominal fee with an "in house" brokering agent overseeing all transactions and set-ups.
